Ladina Berther - Osteopath
You’re In Good Hands
Ladina is Swiss and graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent with a First-Class Master’s degree in Osteopathy. She recently received the 'Rising Star' award at this year's Institute of Osteopathy awards for being the best student of her year. So you are definitely in good hands!
“I approach each person with empathy, kindness, and respect. In the initial consultation, I conduct a detailed case history and examination to identify and treat the underlying cause of your complaint. I discuss an individualized treatment plan and use a wide range of osteopathic techniques tailored to your needs. I also provide personalized exercises and lifestyle advice to support your recovery, prevent the recurrence of symptoms, and enhance your overall health and well-being.”
Professional Pain Relief
Ladina is able to quickly locate the source of your pain. Her in-depth knowledge of the body’s biomechanics means she can identify and treat the underlying causes.
“In my clinical practice, I’m passionate about treating you holistically, integrating various techniques to improve the body’s mobility and function. I use hands on techniques to address complaints such as back and neck pain, joint problems, and posture-related discomfort. During my studies, I developed a particular interest in headaches and jaw issues.”
Committed to Long Term Health
We all lead busy lives but committing time to look after your body is a long-term investment worth making.
“My goal is not only to alleviate your current discomfort. I will empower you with the tools and knowledge to maintain your health and well-being in the long term.”
